I/my ward indemnify organisers, instructors, trainers and all other staff of Sweet Memories form any type of accident/ mishap/ injury/ loss/ damage/ sickness either to me/my ward or to his property. I am fully awear about the fact that Sweet memories is not at all responsible for any mishap/ accident/ injury/ sickness or any other casuality suffered by me/my ward. In case of any above happening myself, my parents, my guardians, relatives and friends shall not hold the Sweet Memories, its instructors, and/or other staff, wholly or partially, either individually or jointly respeonsible. I am aware that only first aid fasicilities are available on camp site. In case of any injury or sickness, I am/my ward will bare the cost of the medical treatment taken from doctor/attendent, if available on camp site and/or the nearest available medical centre/hospial.
